Sandy mentioned the possibility of e. cuniculi, and I'd urge you to start the parasite treatment without delay. My dear Hershey was showing similar symptoms, and three vets--exotics specialists all--told me only rabbits get that disease. Each symptom Hershey got (there is a progression of symptoms) confirmed that it was e. cuniculi. When her final vet called to see how she was doing, I told her my dear piggie had died, at which point she said, "Well, I guess it WAS e cuniculi." I feel guilty to this day for not being more assertive. The irony is that if they had treated her for e. c., it wouldn't have harmed her a bit or interfered with any other treatment.
