I know the owner Ros personally and she is a joy to do business with. I 
have bought vet bedding from her for my own piggys and many clients 
piggys. She sells the real thing and posts it quickly and as 
inexpensively as possible. Vet bedding in only manufactured in the UK. 
There are many people out there that do not sell the real thing. It will 
cost more to ship it than the price of the bedding but it is worth it. 
As Penny said, make sure to get the bedding with the green backing so 
the urine can flow through to the paper or towels underneath. I have had 
piggys that had paralyzed back legs that lived an active, happy and 
healthy life. I feel that the vet bedding was one of the most important 
factors in the quality of their lives.
The other factor was daily massages on a Niagara Cyclo Massage Pad. You 
can buy one used on Ebay. A friend that has a piggy with arthritis just 
bought one on Ebay a few weeks ago for less than $75. You can put Tundra 
in a cuddle cup on the pad for a minimum of 20 minutes/day. I would 
start out on speed 5 and work up to speed 10 and then down again over 
the 20 minutes. The important point is to get Tundra on the massage pad 
daily. What speed you use is not critical. The CCT guinea pig hospital 
recommends that piggys that have decreased mobility for any reason be 
put on vet bedding and get daily massages. If you can fit in more than 
one massage a day the better for Tundra. My piggys always loved getting 
massaged.
