[Gpdd] HEALTH: Ibuprofen vs. Metacam?

I've seen recommendations on the list recently for giving children's ibuprofen for pain and inflammation. We've always given our guys metacam, and keep it in our pig supplies all the time now. How do the two medicines compare? Is one better than the other for particular conditions? I know they are both NSAIDS, but that's about as far as my knowledge goes.
