That makes sense...bread does contain ingredients that we would not feed our piggies.
My friend did it because they loved it and she said it's good for their teeth to gnaw.
I'll stick with apple branches for that.
Joanne and her herd, missing MERRI soooooo much.  :(

I know Peter did it. Milk and brown bread for his pregnant sows, but I would
just never do it unless I had a severely malnourished piggie, and then I
would rely on Critical care.  It's too calorie dense, hi in fat, sodium and
protein, and its cooked.
