Lynn, thank you for the update on Eve.  It is good to hear that she is 
feeling better and crying less.  We hope that she will begin to relax 
soon and enjoy the massage pad, and here's hoping that it helps work out 
the crystals and sludge.  What a cute story about her slinging the 
sachet water then licking it from your neck.  We'll await further 
updates, and we send her all good wishes and wheeks.  It's so great that 
Ann has been such a help.
