Jean and Andy and the Misfits, please accept our belated condolences on the passing of Ned.  Although we are so very sorry that he is gone, it is good to know that he left the world peacefully and from the safety of your arms and also that he had reached the wonderful age of seven.  How touching to know that he was one of two pigs who started the Misfits.  We are sure that he immediately knew he was home when he became a member of your family.  You did all your best for him always, including when he couldn't use his back legs for his last month and you took him everywhere with you.  What a lucky boy Ned was to be so loved, and, yes, we bet he is so happy to be reunited with his beloved Lavern.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all sick piggies and their families.
