[Gpdd] Health: tumor or growth?

I picked up my SASSY now and she felt slimy on her neck.
The stuff on her looked like shampoo...white and thick, but no odor.
I cleaned her up and felt a lump on her throat area.  After more
cleaning, there is a small, round hole which is where I assume the
"stuff" came from.  I don't know what to think.  Is it a Cancerous
growth that burst?  Is it an infection?  It's clean...nothing around it
and being indoor only pigs in a clean environment, I wonder if she
is still prone to maggots since I cannot get her to a vet immediately.  

Anyideas or advice you can give?  Thanks.  I'm quite heartbroken as
she is my little sweetheart and only 3 years and 5 months old.
