At this time of year, our Slave always plagiarises a Christmas song with
piggies in mind. So, with apologies to whoever wrote Away in a Manger here
is this year's offering. ( We must say sorry about the execrable rhyming
but she is running out of ideas).

With love from the Piggyfriends.

-------------

Dumped in a shelter,
No hay for a bed,
Two little piggies
Are shaking their heads.

How could they leave us here,
Lost and alone,
When once they loved us
And gave us a home.

That dog's been rehomed
And the kittens have too.
If no-one comes for us
What shall we do?

Someone's at reception
How lucky are we?
Someone is here
>From the GPDD!

-------------

Our baby Tyrion drew the short straw ( or should that be hay ) for our
Christmas photoshoot and his pigture will appear soon on the Undercover
Piggies blog.

Florence, aka Agent Firenze, says that she hopes that everyone has ordered
their calendar for next year as she is in it for October...."Oooh what a
diva!" say Roisin and Niamh. " Well, you might have been in it if you could
only sit still" says Garnet aka Agent Big Red. " Some of us know how to
pose nicely for Slave's camera without running off across the floor."

All of the Piggyfriends want to remind everyone that profits from the sale
of the calendar will go to help a piggy rescue somewhere in the world.

Wishing every pig and Slave a wonderful Christmas, Yule, Hanukkah, Pigmas
or whatever you might celebrate.

Pigmas is coming
And the pigs are getting fat
With carrots, hay and cucumbers
And all good things like that.

But there are pigs in shelters
There through no fault of their own
So if you've room for just one more ( or two or three )
Please go and fetch them home.

Happy Holidays everyone. Nollaig Shona from Slave and Wheeky, wheeky, wheek
from the piggies.

Cheers.

Penny and the Piggyfriends.
