I would treat her for pain, any pigs should be treated as they just don't
tolerate it well. It could be a return of the UTI as it's just a bit now
the Baytril is gone, right. She might have to have it for a longer time or
possibly another antibiotic instead. I don't know, but infections are
sometimes imperfectly cured and recur, or the conditions that caused it are
the same. Another possibility is she may, or the bug rather, may be
resistant to Baytril. But these are ideas from a non-medical person, guesses
really.

Isn't this what the sachets Penny and Ann like are for? Do you use them? Or
give 100% cranberry when she's NOT on antibiotics? I am feeding Sammy
cranberries from a couple extra bags I bought at Christmas, he really loves
them.

If it's a stone other symptoms will pop up and vet visits will diagnose.
Right off I suspect a recurrence of the infection.

So keep her clean and dry , treat pain, see the vet, . Give the cranberry
until then and if you don't have sachets someone will tell you where to get
them or volunteer some until your order comes Sorry I have boars so I
haven't had experience with sows for many years.

Review the foods they get on the internet articles to make sure they aren't
too sweet, too much protein or calcium etc. and make sure she gets enough
Vt. C, winter is tough for that. If she hides in the corner maybe it gets
wet faster than the rest of the cage. Also you might want to check her for
diabetes as they pee so much more they get wet, and the condition makes them
more susceptible to infection.

Check out Ann's link for more info

If she has to have surgery be sure to take with and discuss in advance Ann's
protocol for anesthesia. It works and save lots of piggy life's.

Hope this helps (darn wheeknds anyway)
