[Gpdd] Gpdd (Announcement) (Angel's Adoption Day was April 14th)

Hello Ellen and Angel!  It turns out Angel is of a similar age to Sammy.  I
didn't know when Sammy was born and I didn't remember when I bought him, or
rather when he insisted I take him out of that horrid aquarium.  So I went
back to the GPDD archives and I found my first mention of him was mid Jan.
2009. I called him Lil' Guy then and was the pet of Manny The Boar.  Then
the GPDDers decided on a pirate adventure to the Caribbean and Manny and
Lil' Guy were to go, so I asked our dear Alge to help me find a fitting
pirate name for him and she came up with Shipwreck Sam. So now I have had my
Sammy for four years 5 months and I have given him a birthdate of Jan 1 2009
as he was extremely tiny when I got him, besides I can remember that day
easily (birthday challenged person here). To celebrate my discovery I read
the first posts to him while he munched hay on my desk. 

So happy adoption day Angel! Whee hope your slave treated you appropriately
all day. Next adoption day  for our boys will be their fifth and I think
they will become SCAMPS??
