Hi Anneli,

To acidify a piggys urine you use vitamin c 50mg twice a day and

The important things are that you first have to clear up the existing 
infection which will require a 10-14 days on an anti-inflammatory such 
as rimadyl or ibuprofen. Metacam is for short term use only. Hydrangea 
is both an anti-inflammatory and helps acidify urine. Vitamin C will 
also acidify urine.  Methanion is too strong for piggys. Also make sure 
all of your piggys get reverse osmosis water for life.
