Dee, it is wonderful news that you are finished with the cancer treatments.  Cancer SU_CKS!  No other word for it.  How totally fabulous and exciting that you got a clean bill of health, too!  I know you shed many tears of joy.  Remember when we lost our dear Peter Gurney to kidney cancer 8 years ago.  I still miss him so much and I know others do as well.  We need to keep up the fight!

I swear no more piggies for me, either.  I have one little hairless goofball, Herbie, after spending some years with 50+ piggies.   However, I retired from my computer field after 38 years and I am going back to school to be a veterinary technician (I know, I am crazy!).  I am also working part time in a veterinary hospital.  Every time a guinea pig comes in, I just melt all over.  Sigh...  I don't know if I will make it or not with my vow of no more.  LOL!  They are such dear, sweet little creatures.
