I found this vet bedding on Ebay it is from american Pet Diner.

But the original vet bedding that I have always used is made only in the 
UK. Here is one site that is selling it on Ebay.

You want to make sure that it has the green backing that lets the urine 
pass thru. There is a type of vet bedding that has a non slip backing 
just like a bathroom rug. This is good for dogs but not piggys. It holds 
all of the urine. Real vet bedding is 100% polypropylene.
I used to buy from the Bedding Box on Ebay in the UK but I see they have 
no products listed. Vet Bedding is sold in the UK at all pet stores by 
the roll. You just ask for how much you want and they cut it to length.
