Ellen, that is shocking to read about the moldy hay you were sent. We 
think they should replace it and ship it with no cost to you, at the 
very least.  It's awful to imagine that the people working there packed 
up wet hay and crammed it into a box -- no excuse for that. Probably 
most or all of their hay goes to small animals like piggies, and if the 
employees don't care about animals, then I just don't understand why 
they are working there.  We hope you can get some fresh timothy soon.
