[Gpdd] Misc: Moldy Hay

I just read about Ellen's moldy hay from KMS.A few months ago, the hay I received from Kleenmama's was totally brown, dry, full of thick stalks and was more like poor quality straw.I took pictures and emailed them as I could not give it to my pigs and just the shipping alone was about $50.  Theyrefused to reimburse me, send me new hay, and were not apologetic at all.  So, I did order new hay from them asa "one more try" attempt and had no problem.  While I like their products (most of the time), their customer serviceis definitely not what I had hoped for.
