If your piggy has been routinely wormed every 90 days with ivermectin 
and panacure her weight loss may be due to just old age. You can help 
her with pain/arthritis by giving her 0.2-0.4 ml of children's ibuprofen 
twice a day. Many elderly piggys are like elderly people, they eat well 
but continue to slowly loose weight. This is due to aging of the organs 
of the body so that food is not utilized as effeciently as when they 
were young. Keeping her comfortable and making her the center of the 
family with lots of attention and treats can go a long way in making our 
senior piggys feel better.
