Thanks for reassuring me about Abby's weight. She's so healthy, happy and frisky that I feel like all is well but, after losing Chipper so recently, I'm very protective of her. The lower weight is only a concern if something goes wrong because then there isn't much spare weight to lose. She is not an Abyssinian but a crested guinea pig. I just liked the name. She's very feminine so I didn't want a generic name this time.
 
One of the reasons I love the digest so much is that, no matter how important or trivial someone's concerns are, there is always a friend willing to help with advice. Thanks again.
