Julie, we're sorry to hear about Treacle's abscess or sore, and we're 
not really sure what to recommend, although especially if it's an 
abscess he might need antibiotics.  We have used chloramphenicol, as 
Sandy has spoken of, and that might have been for one of our piggies' 
abscesses.  However, it sounds as if it would be a good idea to have a 
vet take a look.  Healing wheeks and wishes to him, and please do update 
us when you have a chance.
