[Gpdd] CARE: Newly-Solitary elder-piggy

I had a pair of elder guinea pigs. Miss Piggy and Miss Bubbles. Rescues,
I got them 4 years ago, they've been together for at least 6 years.

Miss Bubbles died this morning. Her partner Miss Piggy seems fine, but I
don't know. I picked her up today and snuggled her and fed her cilantro
and she purred at me and ate every scrap I fed her. She's now digging
through a fresh pile of hay like nothing is wrong.

I've never had a single piggy before, I know they do better with
friends. But Miss Piggy is also very old. And not very social, it seemed
more like she tolerated Miss Bubbles. So I don't know what to do for
Miss Piggy now. Its hard to think, I can't believe I'll never hear Miss
Bubbles making her little bubbly noises at me anymore. But Miss Piggy, I
want to do whatever I can to take care of her.

Miss Piggy lives a few feet away from 3 young guinea pigs, Brownie,
Twinkie, and Baby Baby. Miss Piggy can hear the others, they are very
talkative and loud. In case that makes a difference.

Help would be appreciated. Should I clean out the cage right away so it
doesn't remind her of Miss Bubbles? Is the cage going to be too big for
a solitary piggy? Should I work on getting her a new friend? Should I
just snuggle her more often? I just don't know what to do.
