[Gpdd] CARE: arnica salve

We are continuing to treat Ethan for bumblefoot and the chlorhexidine is 
helping, but when Ann mentioned arnica salve, I wanted to add that to 
his treatment.

I found ArnicareCream, which says Arnica natural is its active 
ingredient, and on the back more specifically says Arnica montana.

Is this the right stuff?  I don't want to use it if I have bought the 
wrong item.
