[Gpdd] Health: Flooding in SC

Thanks for thinking of us here in Charleston!  The Lowcountry Cavies and I
are fine.  We are on what passes for natural high ground here.  If people
didn't understand that they were living in the LOWCOUNTRY before this
weekend, they do now.

2 blocks from us, it was knee deep.  It is as bad as you see on TV.  Roads
are flooded and closed.  My family and i are all safe and very blessed.
