We are so sorry to read about the loss of your kitty, Simone.

Cats don't need our love and attention anything like a dog or a small
furry. They lead their own lives. She just needed you to feed her and give
her somewhere to live. Please don't feel guilty. Just know that you gave
her a home when she needed it and that you shared those precious weeks
together.
