[Gpdd] Health: Can piggies get Cancer?

Thank you, friends, for answering this question.How do you know if they have Cancer?
My beloved FIGGY has a growth on his side.I took him to the vet who said it could be a cystand gave him antibiotics which didn't help.  Henibbles at the area and has made it bleed so I willneed to bring him back to the vet.
Meanwhile, I am wondering if it is something moreserious.
