Yes, my pigs can tell time ... though they don't say anything until I'm late.  They know when they get their morning and afternoon veggies ... as well as their vit C gummy.  They also know that illness changes that schedule, so even the ones that aren't sick know about after treatment treats.  Of course, the "loudest" demands are the ones that are non-verbal.  Since Ebony's passing, Sequoia has taken on that role ... and she's got it down like a pro.
