[Gpdd] MISC: Halloween fun part 1

 Hello fellow digesters,
For all the pigs that travelled to Nashville, be assured they are fine and have plenty of food! Thank you for the get well wishes.
The Arrival
"Mommy, you MUST promise not to pick me up and kiss me in front of everyone. That is soooo embarrassing!" Avalanche said. 
"Avalanche, you love to get picked up and kissed," mommy replied.
"But  Mom! The Undercover Piggies are going to be here. What will they think? They will think I am a big woosy, that's what!" Avalanche stomped his front paw. 
"Uh huh and I am sure all of your visitors have been picked up and kissed at some point. But, I promise not to do it while your guests are here.""Are you sure this is the right place? I mean, we wouldn't want to show up at the wrong house," Sundance said to Butch. The Prairie Pigs had arrived for the Halloween festivities early to help Avalanche. Now, however, they all stood on a porch staring at a door."Well, why don't we just knock?" Guinness asked. He rapped on the storm door with a paw. A moment later, the door opened and a human stood there. 
"Come in! Come in!" The door opened and the Prairie Pigs scampered inside. Avalanche ran in from another room. "Mom! I am supposed to open the door, not you!" He pouted. "So you would like a big kiss, then?" she asked. "No mommy no!" Avalanche scurried to the door to greet his guests, running past his slave while she laughed.Avalanche brought them to his room, putting their luggage in the corner. A few small bales of hay were on the floor and several more were stacked in another corner. "I am going to need some help with these please", he said as he pointed a paw to the hay. Butch, Sundance, and Edvard Munch  helped Avalanche while Faith, Bonnie McSmithers and Guinness relaxed on the hay that was already put out. Guinness, Bonnie McSmithers and Faith then put out cozies and chillows at every bale of hay. (Note: Chillow = chillin' pillow). Next, carrots and large slices of apple were arranged near the chillows for easy reaching.  Once  everything was placed on the floor, they all went out to the back yard to munch on some grass and relax before the rest of the guests arrived.Twinkle Toes and Ralphy Lauren were next to arrive. The two were chattering with each other when Avalanche opened the door. Ralphy held the door open and motioned for Twinky to enter first. She blushed a little and went inside. Right behind Twinky and Ralphy were the Piggyfriendsnd the Piggypals. They arrived in an SUV because a car would have just been too small. Cosmo and Casper got out, opened all the doors, and helped Otto and Louis out of the vehicle. Saoirse and Aoife came out wearing tu-tu, with Carter behind them, rolling his eyes. Niamh got out and ran to Otto's side while chattering and Cosmo and Casper for not helping her out. The Diva Agents, Lulu and Mimi, were helped out by Martin and Fernando. Rodney hung closest to Hugo, while Jim chattered at them to behave. When all arrived on the porch, Magnus and Ivan gave way to Tyrion, allowing him to get in the front to knock on the door. "Magnus," Tyrion said, "you are the largest. Be a good fellow and rap on the door for us." Magnus knocked as hard as he could. In about a minute, Avalanche opened the door and let them into the house. "Happy Birthday Otto" Twinky and Ralphy said. Several other pigs repeated the same. As several pigs fussed about who got to stay where, there was another knock at the door. Raani, Cookie and Binky arrived in a taxi with Chap and Marinella.  Unlike the pigs from England, they were very tired as they all seemed to have pig-lag from their long flight. "Ooooh" Raani and Cookie said together as they saw the chillows. Cookie ran to one and Raani took the one right next to her. Chap and Marinella didn't even squeak but just picked out their spots and started to snooze. Binky saw Faith and decided to take a chillow near her. Eddie and Nugget arrived next. When Avalanche opened the door, several pigs squeaked "Happy Birthday Eddie!" which made him blush and Nugget snort and snicker. "New cozies! All right!" Nugget hollered as they put their luggage down in the guest room. There was much talking and chattering on the porch. When the door was opened, the Surrey Squeakers were all over the porch, excitedly talking and fussing. "Happy EIGHTH Birthday Pickles!" several pigs said as she entered first. Avalanche took a minute to bring her over to a special spot that had a hay bale with eight candles (not lit of course!) There were some extra treats, like baby lettuces and a mix of veggies. "These are for you since you just had a special birthday," Guinness said to her. She gave him a little purr.Salsa ran in to the room, followed by Wasabi and Osaka. Ramona and Roxie ran right into their hay bales. Fortunately, it was soft orchard grass so neither had to worry about an eye injury. Coconut came in escorted by Jim. He gave her a little rumble while she got comfortable in her cozy, which caused a little blush. Beverly and Holly picked spots near Cosmo and Casper, asking all sorts of questions about the Undercover Piggies. A few of the pigs showed surprised when Rio and Chino entered. The sows were large and looking over the spots for the perfect one. Since Stefanie sent some information ahead of time, Avalanche pointed to an area that had larger chillows and cozies for their comfort. Cucamonga and Alaska came next, getting some admiring looks from several of the boars. Panama and Pakora brought the end to the Surrey Squeakers, flirting with several boars while picking out their spots.A few hours went by and some of the pigs were starting to get restless. They wanted to get out and see the area and have fun. Avalanche asked them to please be patient. After another hour, there was a frantic knock on the door. Salsa ran to the door and opened it. Benny, being an older pig was at the door. "I hope we are not too late," he said. "Happy Birthday Benny" several pigs greeted him. "Our slave had some technical issues, causing our delay." Benny entered the house, followed by Lenny, the youngest boar in the group. Billy, Benny, Kevin Bacon  and RB came next and winked at Avalanche. Avalanche looked away like nothing happened. (The boars had a bit of mischief last year with corn squeezings...but it's corn!)  Alvy was escorted to the spot she picked by Ethan. Alfred was pulled along by Amaris since he was concerned about all the pigs in the same room. Derby and Theodore got spots next to each other, whispering about some kind of mischief. Addison and Adriana had painstakingly fixed their hair so it wasn't all over the place. Alberta and Andrea rounded out the Misfits, sighing with exhaustion from running in the airport to catch a PigAir flight."I think we are all here," Avalanche said. "My mom hasn't been feeling well, so we are going to spend a day just chill-laxing around here. But there is PLENTY of fresh veggies and fruits and pellets and hay. Oh, and there is PLENTY of corn!" Avalanche winked at Martin and Fernando. Throughout the next day, several pigs went over to the slave under the pretense of offering sympathy but really looking for some cuddles and pettings as they missed their own mommies and daddies. Slave didn't mind at all.
