Susan, Sugar, and Cinnamon, we don't know a lot about feeding one 
piggie's cecals to another, but have you tried simply retrieving the 
cecals and offering them to your sick girl? You might be able to mix 
them in with the Critical Care you are already feeding, too.

Have you tried chewable acidophilus for her? That would replace some of 
the good bacteria in her stomach. Just don't give the acidophilus within 
two hours of giving any antibiotics, or the effectiveness of the 
antibiotics will be lessened. You can probably find chewable acidophilus 
at drugstores or health-food stores.
