[Gpdd] Seizures in Guinea pigs?

My Teddy boar named Clyde often freezes for a few minutes and afterwards becomes aggressive toward his bonded pals. He is not sleeping as he lies down to sleep. Has anyone had piggies with seizures? He had a full check up at the vet with X-rays, the whole nine yards. The vet does not know what to do but accept it and give the best care possible.
