[Gpdd] MISC: Halloween 2019 prelude

My boys just got home and have been whispering something about 
Halloween, but I can't get them to tell me anything else, except that 
the place of the festivities is a big secret! They are supposed to go 
<mumble> and bring <mumble>, and that's all I know.

I do think I heard them ordering <mumble>.
