Carol, we're not surprised to hear of Avalanche's very accurate "belly clock" -- what a great term! We knew he had a good time sense, given his excellent organizational skills at his Halloween parties. It probably didn't take him long to recognize the time changes in the spring and fall, too. You are so right about how smart guinea pigs are.
