Saturday morning I wasn't really hungry and put off eating. By mid morning, though, I told my husband I probably should eat some breakfast.

As soon as I stood up, Nugget trotted to the side of the cage and began staring at me, demanding food. Never mind that he and Scottie already had had breakfast. He was letting me know it was time for a snack.

I wasn't anywhere near the refrigerator when I said "breakfast," so that must be another word he understands.
