Hi and congratulations on the babies.  Glad everything went well with the birth.  First and very important you have to remove the father ASAP if you didn't already.  The babies can stay with mom until they are about 3 to 4 weeks old.  You can leave the females in with mom but you must remove the baby boars or they will impregnant mom and sisters.  And if you don't want anymore babies you must not put the father in with mom again.  You can keep the baby boars in with dad if you plan to keep them all.
You can also handle the babies right away.
