re:  On Board Food from Penny Piggle Farm

Here is the menu Whee will provide

Crudités: Individually wrapped Plates of  Radish, Daikon, Baby Carrots, Snow
Peas, Celery, and Jicama Vietnamese Spring rolls (not fried): wrapped in
romaine leaves with tangy citrus and cilantro dipping sauce
Soup;  Fresh cold gazpacho with Italian parsley garnish
Salad:  Raspberries and peach slices dressed with lime juice served on heads
of crisp buttercrunch lettuce
or Select
Shredded broccoli, cabbage, and carrot tossed with fresh tomato salsa and
served on dandelion greens
or Select:
Wild Field Greens, with asparagus spears and tiny multicolored heirloom
tomatoes
For Dessert:  Banana Pops, Pineapple Spears, or Seckle Pears lightly poached
in fruit juice medley,
Cantaloupe sorbet

Drinks:  Citrus squeezers  Whole Oranges injected with Cranberry Juice,
Lemon and Limes injected with Mango.   Fresh squeezed lemonade,  warm ginger
tea, and bottled artesian water

Children may feast on greenest timothy hay packed in toilet paper rolls
which can be colored by the kiddies with wild blueberries and rasberries.
Babies may also have bowls of green and red grapes, pear tomatoes and fresh
peas which can double as game board markers.
