Aspen, Carefresh, Yesterdays News, stove pellets, towling on newspaper, dried fluffed pine are all fine. I always use newspaper underneath and liberal amounts of timothy or grass hay on top. Cedar is not ok. I prefer bedding that is not in pellets as gp's eat pellets and poo pellets too, too many pellets best regards, Sandy and the Penny Giggles
