Your posting made me weep. Koko's passing is obviously going to leave a huge 
great hole in the hearts and lives of you both, and of poor Abby. He sounds 
like a wonderful little chap.

Run free, dear Koko, and remember to watch The Bridge for the arrival of the 
heartbroken friends you have left behind.
