I've seen my Isabel cry a few times when pooping with the poos tending to be 
longer than normal.  My vet thought that she might be getting into something 
during her free range time.  I finally figured out that she liked some fringes 
on a carpet in one of the rooms.  Sure enough---remove the carpet and the 
problem went away.  Silly piggy--as if she doesn't get enough good stuff to 
eat.....
