[Gpdd] [HEALTH] Ear goo & Critical care

Hello again, Today I bought new nail scissors so I used them.
(on  the girls, not me) And decided to clean their ears as well.
Patch had a little bit of stray skin flakes in the creases but Cocoa,
WHOA! She looked like  black grease was in her ear!!! It was the grossest
thing I have seen on a piggy! Is this normal or does this have to do with 
skin conditions?
And another thing, what is critical care? I have heard of it but not sure what it is.
