> The editors of Critters USA magazine are seeking pet guinea pig photos taken by owners (slaves) for an article in a new publication focused on guinea pigs. This publication, Popular Pets: Guinea Pigs, is a one-time magazine that goes on sale in late March 2005. Owner photos will be used in a photo essay article that celebrates guinea pigs as pets. 
> The preferred format for photos is color prints, but we can also use color slides (sorry, digital photos can't be accepted). Please send images that are well-lit, focused and have a minimum of background clutter. Please also include the guinea pig's name, its breed, owner's name and mailing address. 
> If a photo is published, the photographer will receive a free copy of the magazine. The photos will be returned to owners once the magazine goes on sale. Any future use, such as in Fancy Publications magazines or Web sites, is at the discretion of Fancy Publications. No payment will be given. Fancy Publications also produces Dog Fancy, Cat Fancy and many other pet titles.
