Welcome Lorna, and congratulations to your new piggies.
It sounds like that Lilly and Molly are trying to figure out who the boss is, 
and they both seem to have strong personalities. As long as they don't bite I 
would not be too concerned, but giving them a break from each sometimes might 
help. I also would hold them one at a time, and then together and talk to 
them softly. I my experience that brings pets together.
