poor little K.C.
I know that Baytril is hard on some guinea pig's stomach. I would ask the vet 
if shots can be given instead of oral medication. I have heard that they are 
better absorbed that way. I would be most concerned with him not eating. 
Piggies just can't go without food for very long. You might want to try giving him 
4 ml pumpkin pie filling out of a can in a syringe every 4 hours. 
It also sounds like that he is still in pain. Maybe get a second opinion?
