I had a theory about hamsters and how they broke our hearts when they died.
I had said that hamsters break your heart when they die so it's easier for
the next hamster to wiggle in and make a nest there.  At least you have
other babies to take care of and do keep rescuing them from the stores as
long as you are able to care for them and spoil them rotten!  :-)
