Sounds to me that Ozzy has entered the dreaded "tweens". Look at me, ma, I'm growing up and can't decide if I'm going to be sociable. The divider sounds like a good idea, as long as they can still see and smell each other. Believe it or not, Ozzy needs Hooch. He just wants to be the boss pig. If you can, please handle him as much as possible. Maybe give him some treats while in your lap!  He needs to know that cuddling is acceptable behavior. Just put him back when he starts nipping to show him unacceptable behavior is not tolerated.
