Hi Jess and Piggy Wiggy

I live in the UK and treat my piggies once a  month as a preventative measure with Otodex. Just one drop in each ear is sufficient to keep any mites that they might have picked up from the hay at bay. If Piggy Wiggy actually has ear mites then you could apply a drop to each ear once a day for a few days until they have cleared up.
