Hi Roxanne,

Your Woody sounds like he might have a fungal skin condition. My Lucy had 
the same, and I was given an antifungal shampoo Malaseb, which worked 
wonders.
I don't want to scare you, but sometimes this kind of problem can indicate 
an underlying issue. The fungus is present on Guinea pigs at all times, but 
only really takes hold when there is some other problem. Or perhaps Woody 
has had more stress than usual? You might want to keep a watchful eye on his 
health for a little while.
