[Gpdd] health feet

I was trimming toenails last night and I noticed that one of my piggies has 
red pigmentation on the heel of her back foot whith the front is quite 
white. Her other back foot is black in colour and it seems that the skin is 
rather tough in this place. It doesn't look swollen and the skin is not 
broken but I am a bit concerned. any thoughts.
