[Gpdd] HEALTH lump in throat

Hi, everyone. i wrote last week about one of my piggies but sadly had no 
replys. I have had a horrible few days. My 2 and a half year old boar Smoothy went 
right of his food we thought it was his teeth but after a good examination 
the vet found a huge lump under his chin. The vet said she would operate right 
now to see what it was, she phoned me an hour later to say it was a large 
abcess. So now hes got a hole in his throat with pus coming out . Ive got to bathe 
it twice a day and open the wound to get the pus out. It sounds aufull dont 
know how im gonna do it and what he is gonna think about it. Not to happy i 
would think. Ive got pain killers for him and baytril. There are no punchure 
wounds and his teeth are fine so we dont no where or why he got this. Can anyone 
give me any tips or advise on the bathing of the wound. And has anyone else had 
this problem i am very worried i dont want to hurt him. Thanks Carole and poor
