[Gpdd] Health: Harvey and his "problems"

Hi -- This would seem to be a urinary tract thing but could it be cause by 
anal impaction and and then his spontaneously getting rid of the clog? Tis 
indeed an overwhelming smell.
     This is probably way off the wall but I'm trying to think of GP things 
that I know about that cause a "la pew" reaction in me.
     Hopefully someone will come up with just the right answer1
