Ana-
I know there have been several suggestions for controlling a piggie while trimming toenails, etc.
If your little guy is having none of it, how about not doing all of them at once?  Maybe if you
only do one foot at a time, or even one toe, it won't seem so traumatic to him, and he may
eventually tolerate it. 
As I've related before, the Okie Piggies go to the good doctor Wallis here for their pedicures.
I've tried doing it at home and they squirm, but when they go in to his office, they are perfect
little ladies and gentlemen. (Of course, I'm holding them and he's trimming - that equals two additional hands!)
I've also read that it can help to offer a small treat afterward and holding them in your lap for some extra hugs.
