Can you call the humane society or an animal shelter in your location for
help.  These people should know who you can contact in your area.  

As a last resort, I would  look on the website under PetSmart and see if
they have a corporate office.  Unfortunately, if the main office contacts
the Louisiana location, the shop owner may get rid of the little guys
because they're giving him trouble.  Keep us posted.
