[Gpdd] HEALTH: LOUD stomach noises

Hello Everyone,

I'm really worried about my Piggy and his health.  Over the past 2 days, his 
belly has been making very LOUD sounds, much the same way a human's belly does 
when they've had too much to eat or have gas. It's so loud that he's even 
woken me up at night! He seems to be eating well and acting as usual with lots 
of popcorning, except for the gurguling belly sounds. Any idea what it could 
be? Has anyone heard of this before? I hope it's nothing and I'm just 
paranoid...
