[Gpdd] {CARE} Piggy Scabs

Muffin Piggywig has a thin border of tiny scabs on the outside of her right 
ear flap.  Flathead Piggywig is ok.  Both are about 5 to 6 years old now and 
both feel very thin and light though they eat like pigs (pardon the pun). 
I'm worried for my Muffinbutt.  She has a vet appt. at Tuesday, 8th of Feb. 
and I don't know what I should do.  I clean their cages once a wheek. 
Otherwise they seem ok.
